Benefits of Running Trails

Here’s seven great reasons to get out on the trails…

  • build more endurance
  • gain more muscular strength
  • build self-confidence – by overcoming different and difficult situations and terrain
  • experience fewer injuries due to the lack of pounding on the trail as on the road
  • concentrate for long periods of time
  • build mental and physical toughness – by dealing with difficult terrain, wet weather and tough uphills
  • commune with nature – run where there are no cars and and few others!
